The Bar Method
We’ve spent decades perfecting our signature technique to provide a safe, challenging and graceful workout. Long, lean sculpted muscles and a feeling of personal strength, confidence and poise keep thousands of students across the country coming back year after year.
Our standard classes are appropriate for all levels; the “Mixed” level class is 60-minutes long and the “Express” class is 45-minutes long. Advanced classes are for students that have taken several classes and are familiar with the technique. The “Level 2” class is faster-paced and includes more advanced choreography, while “Bar Move” gets your heart-rate up with cardio-based exercises that are taught in unexpected sequences that keep your body guessing.
