The Embarcadero Center Cinema is located in the heart of San Francisco’s Financial District on the corner of Battery and Clay. Since opening on Bastille Day in 1995, the seven-screen cinema has taken the city of San Francisco by storm. It is not only one of the busiest and highest grossing Landmark Theatres, it also ranks nationally among the most successful and prestigious theatres featuring high-profile independent film and foreign language cinema.
The Embarcadero’s friendly and efficient staff and the theatre’s roomy lobby and concession area will make your movie-going experience pleasurable each and every time. The concession stand features organic iced teas, Fair Trade chocolate bars, and freshly popped kettle corn, as well as several hot food offerings like steak & cilantro empanadas and veggie egg rolls.
The newly renovated cinema features seven auditoriums with reserved, leather-style seating, four screening lounges with luxury recliners, hearing loop, and a wine & beer lounge, with special comfortable seating area.
Happy Hour at the Embarcadero Center Cinema Lounge is every Monday through Friday, 4-6pm. Drink specials are $1 off all beer prices, and $5 for house wines: chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, pinot noir, or cabernet.
